the A380
2. Ringroad
changes from dual carriageway to single.

watching out for a turning on your left,

immediately before the railings surrounding St Boniface (Anglican) church.
From the direction of Totnes and Plymouth:
1.
Approaching
Paignton on the A385, you will come to a major crossroads with traffic
lights.

Turn
left here on to the A380, in the direction of Torquay
3.
Watch
out for a turning on your right, Fernicombe Road, and then follow directions 4
& 5 above.
From the direction of Brixham and Dartmouth:
- Head towards Torquay, turning onto the Torbay
Ringroad (A380) at Churston.
- When you reach crossroads with traffic lights,
where the ringroad crosses the A385, go straight ahead.
