At the time of the 
World-wide Flood,
Who chose the Dinosaurs?
God
did! And only He could have done this when you realise just what knowledge Noah
would have to have had if he had been expected to round them all up:
1 Noah would have needed to know exactly where every specimen was on the
globe;
2 He would have had to be able to instantly
recognise the male from the female;
3 He also had to know what breeding condition each
pair was in, in view of
rapid reproduction after leaving the ark when the Flood was over,
4 Many dinosaurs may have had different features in
the male and female: some apparently different species may just be
different sexes of a single species;
5 Noah would have had to guide them to the ark, so
that they arrived at just the right moment.
That would have been humanly impossible, but easy for angels.
